Today is the final day of campaigning before tomorrow's day of contemplation. The machine vote for Sunday's runoff is still being worked on.
The report of the Ministry of e-Government was forwarded to the Central Election Commission, together with the signatures of the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology (BIM) and Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BIS).
This time, the minister signed it rather than his deputy, as instructed by the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC). To have a machine vote on Sunday, all of the machines must be updated with the software - a process, which has already begun.
On Sunday, Bulgarians will elect 91 municipal mayors, 491 town hall mayors, and 31 regional mayors. There is also a timetable for voting ballots and voting machines' transportation, which covers 5900 regions of the country. Devices will be used to vote this time./BGNES
