Title for Kaleyn on hoop, Nikolova won the silver medal

 

An excellent start for Bulgaria in the finals of the 40th European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, which is being held in Budapest (Hungary). Boryana Kaleyn's undisputed performance and European hoop title. With a score of 35.250 (D. 18.500; E. 8.300; A. 8.500), the graduate of Marijana Pamukova was awarded her first gold today. This is the first European hoops title for Bulgaria since 1988, when Bianka Panova won a gold medal at the European Championships in Finland.

Silver medal for Stiliyana Nikolova. With a score of 34.950 (D. 18.100; E. 8.400; A. 8.450) Nikolova congratulated herself with the first distinction of the finals. The headquarters submitted appeals to us for both of our representatives, which were, however, rejected.

The bronze went to Ukraine's Taisia Onofrichuk with a score of 34.900. /BGNES
