The Speaker of the Bulgarian National Assembly Rosen Zhelyazkov will visit the Republic of India on January 4 and 5.
The delegation led by him includes representatives of the parliamentary groups in the Bulgarian Parliament.
Jhelyazkov will hold bilateral meetings with the Vice President and Speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, as well as the Speaker of the Lower House, Om Birla.
The Bulgarian delegation will honor the memory of the Indian leader and spiritual leader Mahatma Gandhi by laying flowers in front of his monument in the capital New Delhi.
During the visit, the political-economic bilateral relations between Bulgaria and India and the prospects for their deepening will be discussed. /BGNES
