Gaitanski, Mavrodiev and lawyer Ivan Georgiev are being investigated for misappropriation of an unsecured loan worth nearly BGN 150 million, taken from BDB.
A bail of 50,000 BGN was imposed for lawyer Georgiev. Mavrodiev is still being sought.
According to the investigation, part of nearly BGN 150 million of money from BDB went to buy luxury cars, and BGN 30 million of the loan was transferred to a company related to Gaitanski, with which TEP-Varna's debts to "Commercial Bank" were repaid.
