Bulgarian support for Ukraine, two years after the ruthless aggression of the Kremlin, will be expressed in Kyiv by Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov. The Prime Minister arrived in the Ukrainian capital this morning to emphasize that our government stands firmly on the side of justice and will continue to defend the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Bulgaria is part of the efforts of the European Union, NATO, and the international democratic community in support of Ukraine, the government press service announced.
Bulgaria supports the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders, Academician Denkov reminded before his departure. Our country also supports the Ukrainian formula for a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace based on the principles of the UN Charter and international law, as well as all efforts for a world peace summit with the widest possible international support.
