Piece by piece, the dismantling of the Monument to the Soviet Army (MSA) from the center of Sofia continues. In four days, the workers arranged the machine gun, the head of the Russian soldier, then the torso and the other elements on the tiles.

BGNES photographers captured the impressive moments of the dismantling of the MSA, the beginning and development of which did not go without scandals with the participation of people's representatives and municipal councilors, with heated discussions on social networks and countless shared memes.
