Ahmed Dogan recommended not to support Rosen Zhelyazkov's cabinet, I will do what the people want - they want a government. This was stated by the chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), Delyan Peevski, BGNES reported.
"Bulgaria must have a cabinet. I, as the leader of the MRF, am responsible only to the people of the MRF. The party is managed by its chairman", Peevski is categorical and added that if there is no government with the first or second mandate, the country will fall into Putin's hands.
He specified that on a personal level there is no break in his relationship with Dogan, but on a party level "he will fulfill the will of the people".
Earlier, Ramadan Atalay stated that there is a rift between Delyan Peevski and the honorary chairman of MRF Ahmed Dogan. Atalay stated that Dogan recommended the parliamentary group of the MRF not to support the "Zhelyazkov" cabinet.
The Movement for Rights and Freedoms is a centrist political party in Bulgaria with a support base among ethnic minority communities. It is a member of the Liberal International and the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.
