Bulgarian capital Sofia woke up under siege with the Municipality of Sofia blocking the city center to clean the streets.
As no public mobile alert service has been set up, since morning traffic conjestions plagued major Sofia city boulevards and streets downtown, provoking discontent and strong reactions against the municipality actions.
