Nikolay Markov from the Velichie party left the plenary hall without taking the oath as a member of the Bulgarian parliament, a reporter told BGNES.
"I left because I did not swear an oath. Now I will see what I will do," Markov told journalists.
Although this is a precedent, the quaestors in the parliament specified for BGNES that in the next session, as an extraordinary item on the agenda, an item can be inserted and Markov can be sworn in. Today, however, he cannot vote and enter the plenary hall anymore.
