MRF excluded Jevdet Chakarov from the parliamentary group and 16 other MPs

The arrangement of parliamentary groups in the 50th National Assembly is changing. Thus the second exploratory mandate to be handed over by President Rumen Radev to We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (WCC-DB).

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) parliamentary group (PG) excluded Jevdet Chakarov. MPs who supported honorary chairman of MRF Ahmed Dogan have also been excluded, reported BGNES.

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Rositsa Kirova, announced that 17 MPs from the MRF have been expelled.

The decision has been received in the secretariat of the National Assembly, read Kirova. The meeting of the people's representatives from the MRF was held today, July 11.

For the exclusion of the 17 deputies, 25 voted, without objection and abstained, Kirova announced.

BGNES reminds that until now the PG of the MRF numbered 44 MPs. With the exclusion of 17 deputies from today, the PG of the movement will number 27. This makes it the fourth political formation in the parliament. WCC-DB has 39 people's representatives, "Vazrazhdane" political party - 38.
