A successful test flight of the first Bulgarian F-16 Block 70 fighter aircraft was carried out at Lockheed Martin's production base.

The flight took place on October 22 at the manufacturer's base in Greenville, South Carolina, the Ministry of Defence informed.

During the flight, a large number of system tests were performed to verify the operational and supersonic capabilities of the aircraft.
