Levski fans join protests calling for the resignation of BFU management

Levski fans have joined the protests calling for the resignation of the Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) management. They are now part of a growing number of supporters from various clubs demanding the same during the matches in the 14th round of the First League over the weekend.

During their match against Cherno more at “Georgi Asparuhov” stadium, Levski's supporters displayed two different posters targeting President Borislav Mihailov, Vice President Yordan Lechkov, and other members of the headquarters' management.

One of these posters featured the message: "Resignation is a sign of morality, insolence is a sign of failure! Bobby, Dancho, and the gang - it's time to step down, the game is over!"

The other poster conveyed: "Disgraceful governance in a drunken mess - a regrettable disrespect to our national flag." Similar posters have been raised by fans of CSKA, Lokomotiv Sofia and other clubs in recent matches. /BGNES
