President Rumen Radev and Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev will hold a new, final meeting to decide on the reshuffle in the caretaker government and who will occupy the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
A week ago, Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev requested the replacement of Stefan Dimitrov. First, he proposed the deputy chairman of GERB Daniel Mitov for the position, who resigned after a number of criticisms and accusations of political influence. The Prime Minister announced that he had no plan B and decided to take over this position himself. President Rumen Radev, however, gave him time until today to think and consult with experts.
The expectations are that after the conversation, the head of state will issue two decrees - for the replacement of the minister of foreign affairs and for the replacement of the minister of agriculture, which was also a proposal from the prime minister. All this against the background of the last working week of the 49th National Assembly. Deputies have three more working days before they go out first on Easter, and then on pre-election vacation./BGNES
