Dobrev's briefing comes minutes after the "We Continue The Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) asked Rosen Zhelyazkov not to convene an extraordinary meeting of the people's representatives on Friday to consider the president's veto of amendments and additions to the Energy Law.
