The deputies of the 51st National Assembly of Bulgaria are making their fourth attempt to elect a speaker today. The WCC-DB did not nominate their candidacy and the nominations today are four - from GERB-UDG, Vazrazhdane, BSP and TSP, BGNES reported.
Temenuzhka Petkova from GERB-UDF reaffirmed the candidacy of Raya Nazaryan for speaker of the 51st National Assembly. She called on the deputies to be wise and responsible so that the parliament can function.
Kostadin Kostadinov once again nominated Petar Petrov from Vazrazhdane. The party leader presented him as the most active parliamentarian and stated that the lawyer is the logical choice for speaker.
Toshko Yordanov from the TSP also reconfirmed the nomination of the oldest duputy Silvi Kirilov. | BGNES
