The former transport minister Danail Papazov took ownership of the properties in "Rosenets" and "Boyana", known as the barns, and evicted from them the honorary chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), Dr. Ahmed Dogan, a BGNES reporter reported.
In a statement to the media, Papazov stated that he owns the two properties through his companies. In it, he says that Dogan has no involvement in these companies and should leave them immediately. At the moment, the honorary chairman is in the residence in Rosenets, which is guarded by the police, the BGNES correspondent from Burgas saw.
This situation was reached after today the DPS released a video in which Dogan states that there is no going back. "It was about time this happened," he said, explaining to his supporters Article Six of the DPS constitution.
"We're sticking to the tougher part because the boy has already gone too far, there's no going back there, but there's no going back for us either," said Dogan. According to him, "this decision was expected by the whole of Bulgaria". "I even hear such stories - the question is not to save the DPS, but the question is to save Bulgaria, this is what is being said for real", says the honorary chairman of the DPS and emphasizes: "Only the Central Council is the guillotine in such cases, so to speak ".
A little later, Danail Papazov sent the following statement to the media:
"In view of the speculations that appeared in the mass media in recent days, regarding the residence of Ahmed Dogan in the properties of the companies "Hermes Solar" and "Delta Epsilon" (of which I am the representative and ultimate owner through the company "Sigda"), I state the following :
"Hermes Solar" and "Delta Epsilon" own real estate in Rosenets Park, Burgas District and Boyana District in the city of Sofia. Ahmed Dogan is not the owner or representative of these companies, he has nothing to do with the properties of the companies, nor does he have any contractual relationship related to the use of these properties. Because of this, Ahmed Dogan resides in the same places without reason and should immediately leave them."
And if there were police in front of the shed in Rosenets, then the people close to Peevski's DPS have most likely already entered the shed in Boyana. MPs loyal to Dogan also gathered here.
A group of unknowns entered the home occupied by Ahmed Dogan for 20 years, they announced. "We received a signal from the employees that a group of up to 10 people, unknown to anyone, came with a document and took them out of the building. This is self-government," said People's Representative Timur Khalilov.
"These people who have come in, no one knows what they are. We don't know what they carry, what they brought in, what they bet. They have no law enforcement agency to legitimize their presence," he added.
The MPs appeal to the law enforcement authorities, the National Security Agency, the Prime Minister and the President to take measures.
"There is a legal order for things to happen, and that is self-government. We call for immediate action. We turn to the diplomatic corps. Organs are used for the purpose of self-mutilation," Halilov said.
BGNES recalls that at a meeting of the Central Operational Bureau of the DPS in Rosenets, Delyan Peevski as chairman, Halil Letifov, Stanislav Anastasov, Iskra Mihailova and Yordan Tsonev as vice-chairmen and members of the CSO, Hamid Hamid and Radoslav Revanski as members were expelled from the Movement. of the CSO and Erten Anisova as a national representative. A move that Peevski described as an "unconstitutional action" by people who "live in the parallel world of barnyard tales."
Ahmed Dogan has lived in this property for 20 years, and ownership issues need to be clarified with documents that we do not have. There are authorities to establish ownership.
This was stated by the MP expelled from the DPS PG Timur Halilov. He is part of the people's representatives supporting the honorary chairman of the movement.
"We're still confused about who's inside, what he's doing inside, if he took anything out." All the people are here to protect Dr. Dogan's personal property. At the moment, there is a crude form of self-government," Khalilov also stated, after Dogan's supporters spent the whole night on "Star Belovodski Path" street in their cars, and from early this morning, buses from Kardzhali and people from other settlements arrived in Sofia .
According to the deputies, who announced themselves as DPS-Dogan, without Peevski and a group, last night, unknown persons entered the apartment, which has been inhabited by Ahmed Dogan for 20 years.
"According to unofficial information, these are persons of a security company. We have no information from a legitimate authority what is going on inside. We will remain here to prevent attempts to damage Dr. Dogan's personal property," Khalilov added. He told journalists that he did not speak with the honorary chairman of the movement, who is in his summer residence "Rosenets" - under guard.
"I don't have an ownership document and I can't give such information," answered Khalilov when asked whose property the barns in "Boyana" are. He clarified that there are no DPS officers inside, they were all taken out last night. | BGNES
