A memorial service will be held in the Central Sofia Synagogue on Monday evening in memory of those who died in the terrorist attacks on 7/10/2023 in Israel. In a prayer entitled "On the thirtieth day", diplomats, intellectuals and relatives will pray for the release of the hostages taken by Hamas.
On October 7, 2023, the whole world was shaken by the brutal terrorist attacks of the Islamic radical movement "Hamas" against the peaceful citizens of the State of Israel. We grieve for the innocent victims and have been praying for the release of the hostages held by Hamas for a month now.
In Jewish tradition, on the thirtieth day after tragic events, believers gather for an Askava (memorial service) to honor and remember the fallen.
The ceremony will be attended by relatives of the kidnapped Israeli citizens, the representatives of the institutions, the diplomatic corps, Bulgarian intellectuals and public figures. /BGNES
