Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev stated this in his statement after President Rumen Radev refused to sign a decree to form a government with Prime Minister Gorica Grancharova - Kozhareva because of the participation of Kalin Stoyanov as interior minister.
Glavchev declared it his duty to lead the country through this unprecedented situation.
"Given the situation that has arisen and if this would prevent further institutional blockage, I declare that I am ready to participate in the constitutional procedure for the appointment of an acting prime minister," noted Glavchev. | BGNES
