At this stage, we do not want to comment on various hypotheses, Sacheva said, answering a question about how they would act if they received an invitation for talks from We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (WCC-DB).
The position of GERB-UDF (GERB-Union of Democratic Forces) remains unchanged. We will not support a government with the second and third terms.
This was stated by the MP Denitsa Sacheva, BGNES reported.
"There is still no definite position from WCC-DB. You know that they have a wide range of leaders, they have many governance collective bodies. We are waiting for them to consolidate the various positions that they have broadcast so far, to have their own position. Then we would comment," said Sacheva.
She reaffirmed that at this stage the position of GERB is unchanged - it will not support both the second and the third term.
BGNES reminds that in Burgas today, the head of state announced that he will hand over a mandate to form a government to the second-largest parliamentary group next week. After the events in The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), the second largest party in the 50th Bulgarian National Assembly is WCC-DB. President Radev expressed his expectation that the WCC-DB will state whether they will stand behind their declarations that they will be the opposition in the parliament or will seek support for the formation of a government. The president added that this is why he is not in a hurry with the constitutional procedure for awarding the second mandate and will do so next week. | BGNES
