GERB has been a leading political force in local politics for more than 16 years. In the last local elections, GERB had 144 mayors. My friend Boyko Borisov and GERB have proven that they care about citizens and that they care about improving the quality of life in hundreds of Bulgarian cities and regions.
This is stated by the chairman of the European People's Party, Manfred Weber. He wished the GERB candidates success in the local elections.
"Roads, metro, sewerage and infrastructure, public transport, kindergartens, green spaces, sports halls, cultural centers, libraries, digital services for citizens - this is the reality on the ground. Boyko Borisov and GERB are the ones who stand close to the people, to the citizens, as true representatives of the European People's Party - the party of the people", adds Weber.
