We fully understand the difficult situation they have put you in with the unnecessary changes to the Constitution. We're glad the 9-month agony is over. We have constantly declared that elections should be held, said Ivaylo Valchev.

Elections are the highest form of democracy, we're going to hold this folder for just a few more seconds and return it to you empty, with an unfulfilled mandate, because that's the ultimate. From here on, let the people decide, Valchev added and immediately returned the folder to Radev.
