Bulgarian PM Denkov: If there is no stable state and national security, nothing else matters

If there is no stable state and national security, nothing else matters. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov, who welcomed the participants in the international conference on "Defense Modernization" held in Sofia, organized by the Center for Development and Policies.

Denkov pointed out that our country has delayed a number of projects for the modernization of the army, but must work for their successful completion in order to fully integrate into the NATO armed forces, Nova TV reported.

"We all realize how important what has been happening in recent months," Denkov pointed out. According to him, the countries of Europe have lived for a long time with the thought that economic development will preserve peace, but now this illusion has been destroyed.

“Force can only be answered with force. That is why we are here to see what the force can be, to make sure that no one will cross the borders of the European Union and NATO", said Denkov to the participants of the forum. /BGNES
