The Bulgarian Caretaker Government with Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev took the oath of office in front of the National Assembly. With the swearing-in, the caretaker ministers officially take office, BGNES reported.
"Mr. Glavchev and his team should leave no doubt that the elections will not be fair," Head of State Rumen Radev said minutes before the swearing-in.
"We should not forget that we have a parliament that is working and many laws need to be adopted," the president added. According to Radev, there is a question of responsibility. "The responsibility is definitely not mine, but Mr Glavchev's and that of this working parliament," he added.
After the official ceremony in the National Assembly, the succession procedure in the Council of Ministers and then in each of the ministries will follow.
