Boyko Borisov: The worse the other parties are, the better for GERB

The GERB leader compared the split in the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) to the Spain-England final of the football championship.

The tremors in the second are the same as in the third, fourth and fifth parties. There are tremors everywhere. You have always heard from me that I don't get involved in foreign parties and I don't allow them to get involved in GERB either."

This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov on the sidelines of the parliament, a BGNES reporter reported.

"As for MRF - we already stated 3 months ago that a coalition with DPS only GERB will not do. Then we heard all kinds of nonsense from analysts, what do I think? The negotiations proved indisputably that we neither asked for support nor gave support to MRF", recalled the leader of GERB and continued: I was in a group with Lena, Kiro, Asen and Denkov (the leadership of the We Continue the Change political party - editor's note) and the cabinet was called Gabriel-Denkov. MRF did not participate in this meeting, nor did they have ministers, nor did they participate in the negotiations.

Subsequently, when Hristo Ivanov decided that we must change the Constitution at all costs, this was done with 160 votes, the MRF appeared at the table", stressed Borisov.

He commented that there were many Muslims in GERB. "This is now a wonderful opportunity to be the place where they can be realized - in GERB", said Boyko Borisov.

To the question of who will win in the DPS, the leader answered jokingly: I wouldn't say I like the Spain-England final. Who will win there in this case is none of our business. I see that a very big opportunity is opening up because, in the mixed regions, the battle was fought only between GERB and MRF.

The fact that there is clearly a problem in this party, the accusations that they transfer to each other, gives our structures the opportunity to develop better, commented Borisov.

The worse the other parties are, the better for us, added the leader of GERB and specified: We look at GERB.

We have made it clear for a long time: No MRF. | BGNES
