Borisov: This parliament (Bulgaria's National Assembly) has not produced anything for a month and a half already

Even in religion, it is said that the day is for work, and the night is for rest. Yesterday I had a meeting with five ambassadors and an external committee. When a man wants to mind his own business, he can mind it. This parliament - it's already been a month and a half, does not produce anything, except to use the free opportunity to appear on the media.

This was stated on the sidelines of the parliament by the leader of GERB, Boyko Borisov, BGNES reported.

According to Borisov, the 50th National Assembly will produce nothing more.

He asked if this is how work should be done and gave an example of yesterday's meeting, which ended around 10.15 am. "Is this how we have to work in August? Or let's go out and watch each other's games," said Borisov.

The leader of GERB believes that the parties should now present to the voters what they will do. “I can make a commitment to do this plumbing. We will support what is urgent - the reaffirmation of the Eurozone. If there is something urgent, let's do it. But to imitate the work that we have been imitating for a month and a half to use the free media advertising and time, it seems to me that it is wrong," he emphasized.

Borisov categorically rejected the accusations that GERB was delaying the work of the parliament through the commissions. “What committees, were set up that day? A lot of committees have been working since yesterday. Here, only accusations that someone is sabotaging them. When they have nothing to do, they say GERD is their fault," he responded.

When asked if he had any information on when the early elections would be held, Borisov said that he did not have any. | BGNES
