"I can't believe that We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria said that we sabotaged the justice reform. Now, when we are in an election campaign, after three years of inaction, to say that it is GERB's fault is frivolous."
This is what GERB leader Boyko Borisov said to journalists in the parliament, reported BGNES.
Earlier, Academician Nikolay Denkov from We Continue the Change (WCC-DB) stated that GERB is sabotaging the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the justice reform because the laws in committees are not moving forward.
"Three years ago, GERB brought Bulgaria into the European Banking Union, into the waiting room of the Eurozone and left a fully prepared National Recovery Plan. For three years they were prime ministers, we have adopted more than 20 laws under the PVA", emphasized the leader of GERB.
"There cannot be an assembly, with people who do not have a real idea of what they have created, what can be done, but are only looking to transfer their own guilt to someone else," Borissov pointed out, referring to his until recently non-coalition partners from WCC-DB.
According to Borisov, WCC-DB spent the money they found after GERB.
"Acad. Denkov should say what he built, what they did, where they invested in order to make a profit", urged Borisov.
As for the resignation of Rosen Zhelyazkov as chairman of the National Assembly, requested by "Vazrazhdane", Borisov stated that these were emotional outbursts of insecurity and incompetence. /BGNES
