Retired Finance Minister Asen Vassilev responded to the chairman of the European People's Party Manfred Weber.
On Thursday, the leader of the EPP supported the candidate for prime minister from GERB, Maria Gabriel, announcing that the behavior of the leaders of "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" is alarming. Weber again called for more responsibility.

This was followed by the response of the We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (WCC-DB) co-chairman on the X social network, where Vassilev wrote:
"Mr. Weber, is it "responsible" to lie to the Bulgarian people by proposing a cabinet in which 11 of the 19 ministers resigned because they did not know they would be proposed as ministers? They literally learned that they were part of office, from live television broadcasting". /BGNES
