A Rift in the Movement for Rights and Freedoms says their MP Ramadan Atalay

Straight and clear – Peevski is currently managing the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) as a personal company and firing and removing people who are close to Ahmed Dogan (the honorary chairman of the MRD - editor's note). This was stated by the MRF MP Ramadan Atalay.

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms is a centrist political party in Bulgaria with a support base among ethnic minority communities. It is a member of the Liberal International and the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.

The party was officially established in 1990, with its founder Ahmed Dogan serving as its leader until 2013.

"The promoted idea that everything is coordinated with Ahmed Dogan is not true," Ayala stressed to bTV.

"The dispute is not between me and Delyan, it is a fundamental disagreement as to how the party will be managed," Atalay said and specified: "Relations between Dogan and Peevski are in a rift. I asked Peevski to call Dogan".

Atalay also presented an email from Dogan. It says that Chakarov and Peevski are co-presidents, common decisions and common participation in government negotiations.

Atalay stated that Dogan is worried about the one-man rule and one-man decisions.

Honorary Chairman of MRF Ahmed Dogan proposes to the parliamentary group (PG) of the movement not to support the government.

"At the moment, the PG of the MRF is deciding how to vote for the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov. There is an order from Honorable Chairman Ahmed Dogan not to support the government. We have not been invited to talks, no coalition agreements have been signed. There is no vision for the development of the country. For this reason, Dogan suggests to the PG not to support this government," Atalay stressed. | BGNES
