From the beginning of the campaign until 6:30 p.m. today, the Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior (Metropolitan Police - SDMI) and the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior (RDMI) received a total of 1,815 reports of violations of the electoral legislation and the political rights of citizens. We remind you that citizens can report violations that hinder the normal course of the election process and are related to the activity of the Ministry of Interior, to the 24-hour telephone line of the Ministry 02 90 112 98 and to the e-mail [email protected], as well as to the specially opened telephone numbers lines and e-mails at places in regional directorates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the press center of the ministry announced.
From the beginning of the election campaign until now, 164 pre-trial proceedings have been instituted /46 fast and 118 - according to the general procedure/, of which 144 - are for violation of the political rights of citizens and 20 - for other violations related to the election process. Data is dynamic.
As of 6:00 p.m. today, the "Bulgarian Identity Documents" units in the SDMI and RDMI have issued 765 certificates to citizens for exercising their right to vote. From October 24 until now, there are 1,638.
The situation at the border points is normal, the traffic through individual checkpoints is intense. When conditions are created for the formation of convoys of vehicles, the officers of the Border Police are ready to introduce simplified checks. /BGNES
