Macedonian Prime Minister Christian Mickoski met with the EU special envoy for the Western Balkans. Mickoski said he presented North Macedonia's positions "in terms of overcoming obstacles with Bulgaria", BGNES reports.
"We discussed the country's strategic aspirations and the need for the European Union to engage more intensively in accelerating integration processes, which are too often burdened by bilateral obstacles and disputes.
I underlined Macedonia's commitment to progress on this front, as well as our positions on overcoming obstacles with the eastern neighbour," Mickoski wrote on his Facebook account.
The prime minister added that North Macedonia "deserves to be a member of the European family". | BGNES
