I suggest that Kovacevski take a blank sheet of paper and write whatever date he wants between the two biggest religious holidays next spring and that we hold parliamentary and presidential elections in one, VMRO-DPMNE chairman Hristiyan Mickoski said today.
Mickoski added that the current government is avoiding agreeing on a date for elections and is moving towards deliberately causing a constitutional and political crisis.
"It is a shame that through the media we are arranging dates for regular elections," he said.
BGNES recalls that Christian Mickoski repeatedly insisted on holding early elections in recent months. It was not until October 20 that he gave up his political request to the government.
"Here I publicly admit that they won. There will be no early parliamentary elections. The vote will be regular and VMRO-DPMNE accepts to participate in the working groups that must determine the date of the elections in 2024," Mickoski said a few days ago on during his visit to one of the municipalities in Skopje. /BGNES
