Today in the capital of Turkey, Pristina and Ankara signed an agreement on military cooperation.
Kosovo's Defense Minister Eyup Makedonci announced that in addition to cultural ties, Pristina and Ankara have close military cooperation with the aim of "jointly contributing to the maintenance of peace and stability in the region and beyond," Koha reported.
"We signed a framework military agreement to deepen military cooperation in many directions. The exchange of military personnel, education, joint training, investment in the defense industry, as well as the health treatment of members of the Kosovo Security Force in Turkey are some of the issues we discussed," wrote Makedonci on social networks.
"Through the signed agreement, we are opening the way to the process for their realization," noted the minister. /BGNES
