Four killed in floods in Romania

Four people have died in Romania as a result of floods caused by heavy rains.

After search operations in Galats region, four dead were found, emergency services said in a statement.

Dozens of people in 19 settlements across the country were rescued.

Video footage taken by emergency services shows dozens of houses under water in villages on the banks of the Danube.

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Colacu is expected to visit the affected areas.

Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary and Romania are preparing for Cyclone Boris.
