During his visit, the head of the Albanian government met with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama refused to meet with his Kosovo counterpart, Albin Kurti, during his visit to Kosovo, the "Reporters" portal reported.
"Based on the agenda so far, it appears that in Pristina Prime Minister Rama is meeting with those with whom he considers it necessary to harmonize his relations. On the other hand, Prime Minister Kurti invited Prime Minister Rama to the events the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Kosovo on June 12, and Rama's office has informed us that he will not be able to attend," Kosovo government spokesman Perparim Krieziu said.
During his visit, the head of the Albanian government met with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
This is not the first time Rama and Kurti have avoided meeting each other. The last time this happened was at the EU-Western Balkans summit in Kotor, when Rama ignored Kurti and at one point even refused to get up to shake his hand. | BGNES
