Dodik: We will send our young men to Serbia for military service

The President of Republika Srpska, which is part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, said that he intends to send our youth to neighbouring Serbia to undergo military service, which the regime of Aleksandar Vucic has restored.
"I am very happy that Serbia has decided on compulsory military service. We are looking at ways to see how our boys from Republika Srpska can join this military training in Serbia," Dodik said in an interview with Vecherne Novosti, BGNES reported
"Through certain decisions we will encourage our boys to go to Serbia, do their military service and return to RS. We will see how we can provide faster employment or other types of privileges and support to young men who accept this," Dodik added.
He said that "the only way for Serbs to survive is for Republika Srpska and Serbia to be preserved at all costs." "We must not enter into integrations where we will lose the right to sovereignty and our identity. Muslims want a united Bosnia and Herzegovina without Serbs. To achieve this, they need to abolish the Republika Srpska and that is why we are the problem. There is no need to go to war with the West or the East," Dodik stressed. He believes that the only possible position for Serbia is to be a militarily neutral country.
"Serbia cannot join NATO. What kind of people will we be if after two bombings we now join this alliance. On the other hand, we Serbs are surrounded by NATO member states. That is why it is important for Serbia to strengthen its army," said Milorad Dodik, who is on the US blacklist. I BGNES
