European Council President Charles Michel reacted after the meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama in Brussels by clarifying the discussions between them, reports Euronews. He said they talked about the path Albania is taking towards the EU and the support the Council of Europe will offer.
In his status, he said the future of the Western Balkans lies in the EU. "With @ediramaal we discussed Albania's path to the EU and our support on that path. The future of the Western Balkans is in the EU. I also welcomed the initiative to host a regional Western Balkans-Ukraine summit in Tirana.
