Ahmeti insisted that DUI and VLEN "together put an end to the humiliation of Albanians and other communities".
Ahmeti wrote that specific priorities include:
"European integration without delay and without hesitation as the only alternative for our country; vetting of all politicians, judges, prosecutors and public office holders, with international monitoring; vetting and control of the property of all public office holders over the past 33 years; investigation of the privatization and transition processes in the state and with the oligarchy created by this process."
"Respect the ethnic legitimacy of the electoral process and the inter-ethnic character of institutions in accordance with the will of voters and communities. In order to remove the shame of not respecting the will of Albanians in the elections, let VLEN withdraw from the usurpation of institutions without the legitimacy of the voters. We, I repeat, will not become part of the government, but together we will stop this humiliation they are imposing on Albanians and other communities," Ahmeti stressed. | BGNES
