He stressed the need to "unblock the process of European integration", especially after the start of Albania's membership negotiations.
"It is important that the European integration process continues and that Macedonia becomes a member of the EU as soon as possible," he said.
Ghasi met with senior officials in Berlin. Albania recently opened a first chapter and started negotiations with the European Union (EU) after being split by Skopje.
